As strategy and process consultants, our work relates to enquiries relating to strategy planning and project management, the design of leadership, performance, learning and team processes as well as the establishment and expansion of steering structures and cooperative partnerships (also within the framework of international cooperation).


As technical advisors, our main fields of activity are results-based monitoring, the planning and implementation of projects in conflict-prone and fragile environments, and cross-cultural organisational and personnel development.


We support the development of a sustainable change architecture, and help our clients to recognise and use room to manoeuvre. When implementing the tasks assigned to us, we bring in many years of consulting experience in an intercultural context as well as our knowledge of, and experience with, a systemic and GESTALT-oriented consultancy approach as well as personnel and team development.
