Claudia Wilkens is an economist with qualifications in evaluation and organisational development as well as further training in the approach of Gestalt psychology. She has been working as an international strategy and process consultant as well as in technical advisor positions since the turn of the millennium – with work experience in 20 countries. Claudia Wilkens has for many years been intensively involved in the work fields of conflict transformation and governance, monitoring and evaluation as well as training and qualification. In her advisory services, she can combine her various fields of expertise, such as results-based monitoring in conflict-prone and fragile environments or inter-linking strategy planning with the moderation of team development processes. Before joining MIC as Managing Director, she worked as technical advisor in charge of implementation within the post-tsunami reconstruction and rehabilitation programme of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH in Aceh, Indonesia.

Thomas Koepf is a social scientist and has completed further qualification in personnel development. He joined MIC in 1996 after a two-year assignment for a programme of the former GTZ. He became a MIC partner in 2002, and since 2013, has held one of the two MIC Managing Director positions. Thomas Koepf is active in the work fields of strategy and process consultancy, project management and capacity development – with work experience in over 20 countries. As technical advisor, he specialises in monitoring & evaluation, cross-cultural organisational and personnel development and generally deals with topics in the area of “migration and integration” in the form of expert evaluations, studies, process consultancy and training.
