We offer training and qualification measures to develop individual and institutional competencies. Here, we combine the theoretical basics with our broad practical knowledge. Our experience has proven that in some of our focus areas, conducting “standard training” often does not make sense; accordingly, most of our training and qualification offers are adapted to individual client requirements. Due to the increasing complexity of our consultancy contexts, we offer more and more teaching and learning spaces as well as on-the-job measures in which the focus is on imparting technical and methodological knowledge as well as strengthening the reflexive competence of our clients. In this way, we support skills in the area of self-awareness and self-directed learning.
Since 2013, we have trained and accompanied more than 1100 technical advisors and executives in training and qualification measures.
We currently offer training including Training of Trainers (ToT) in the following areas of work:
– Working in conflict-prone and fragile environments
– Results-based planning and monitoring
– Cross-cultural organisational and personnel development
